• •These Terms apply to all users, including veterinary practices, individual veterinarians, and staff members

VetBrain provides:

• •Cloud-based veterinary practice management software
• •AI-powered document processing and SOAP note generation
• •Patient record management and scheduling tools
• •Integration capabilities with third-party veterinary systems
• •Technical support and platform updates

Service Availability:

• •We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• •Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

Account Requirements:

• •You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• •You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Each user must have a unique account; account sharing is prohibited

Account Security:

• •You are responsible for all activities under your account
• •We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication
• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

You agree NOT to:

• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• •Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• •Scrape, harvest, or collect user information
• •Impersonate any person or entity

Your Data:

• •You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to VetBrain
• •You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service
• •You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process patient data
• •You can export your data at any time in standard formats

Our Intellectual Property:

• •VetBrain and all related logos, trademarks, and content are our property
• •The Service, including software, design, and features, is protected by copyright
• •You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission

Subscription Terms:

• •Fees are based on your selected plan and are billed in advance
• •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• •We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• •You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• •Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

Free Trials:

• •Free trials are subject to terms communicated at sign-up
• •You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• •One free trial per organization

Termination by You:

• •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• •You can export your data before termination

Termination by VetBrain:

• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• •We may terminate the Service with 30 days' notice
• •We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data upon termination

• •The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
• •We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• •You are responsible for decisions made based on information from the Service
• •The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary judgment

• •You agree to indemnify VetBrain from claims arising from your use of the Service
• •This includes claims related to violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• •You are responsible for your data and how you use information from the Service

• •These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania
• •Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania
• •We encourage informal resolution of disputes before formal proceedings
• •For EU customers, you retain rights under EU consumer protection laws
